I really want to lose weight but I seem to lack motivation and commitment. Do you have any advice on what I should be eating and/or any workouts? Thanks!
I’m pretty traditional. You have to adopt it as a way of life. I’m in the gym 6 days a week, and I stick to a high protein/low calorie diet. Give yourself one cheat day so you dont go crazy :) Also make sure your doing cardio AS WELL as lifting weight — building muscle helps you burn fat more quickly :)
