First, start off with a smaller more attainable goal so that you don’t get discouraged. Make sure you have a deadline for when you want to accomplish it, ( ex. 5 lbs by Sept. 1 ). Make sure you are eating nutritional, healthy foods — and plenty of them. 5-6 small meals a day, and work your butt off in the gym. You have to be doing both ends of the spectrum - eating well AND working out or you won’t have success! And remember, don’t beat yourself up — everyone has set backs and mistakes but if you change your overall lifestyle, you’ll change your body, health, and overall mood :) Hope that helps!!!!
