I mix my workouts up all the time so I dont get bored. I lift weights alot, because thats what I love to do. But I also do bodypump classes, run, hike, swim, do the stairmaster, elliptical, etc. Mixing it up also helps to “confuse” your muscles so that they dont get used to one particular kind of exercise. Which in turns helps transform your body even more. :)
I know this isn’t “fitness” related - but I am trying to get the word out as much as possible and I know I have some AMAZING followers on here.
I started a charity called operation ELF last year when my best friend was murdered as a way to remember and honor him. We put together complete christmas packages for needy families so that they are able to have a less stressful holiday season. Each package has a christmas tree, presents for the kids, dinner and decorations.
Last year we were able to help out ten families but I would LOVE to either double or triple that this year.

Had a bodybuilder approach me at the gym today to tell me how proud he was of me for pushing so hard in the gym. Told me I put half of the guys to shame ;) #proudmoment
